Cool nights & knitting

My bestie requested a washer for her mum for mothers day, so I went searching for some patterns and found this little pattern "elvish leaves" from this website here! Compliments of ravelry - I am loving ravelry!!!

Cast on at 3pm and finished by 9pm, in between looking after the toddler, cooking dinner, eating dinner & showers. Hopefully my friend likes it & if not I'm sure I can always find a good home for it HERE!!!

Wow Car, this is gorgeous!!! I LOVE knitted and crocheted wash cloths. I have the aim of one day replacing all my old manky face washers with nice handmade ones like these. None of the ones I have are as pretty and fancy as this one though. You are so clever!!! Oh, and you asked about the felt hair clips. I'm afraid I haven't made any for yonks, and don't even have the felt or findings...but I have bought some similar one from www.embelishhairclips.etsy.com and they are very cute and stayed in Kate's hair really well (and she has super fine wispy hair, and not much of it). I also have some clips from www.misskittybooboo.etsy.com that are a different style but also stay in Kate's hair well. Hope that helps - oops, sorry for writing an essay on your blog. If you get stuck finding anything you like, let me know, and I can always get my hands on some materials and whip you up clips :)
Cheers, Bec XX
