2009_01130003

Finger Paints

1/2 cup Cornflour

1/2 cup COLD water

1 1/2 cups HOT water

- Mix cornflour and cold water first

- Add in boiling water and stir until smooth

- Separate into individual pots (I've re-used our old baby food freezer tubs)

- Add food colouring & mix

DISCLAIMER(s)

Best stored in the fridge, my first batch was on the bench for 2 days and had started *ahem* growing... gross!!!)

Mix in a little hot water if it gets too gluggy & it should be right to use again!

With thanks to Aunty Jill for sharing her recipe!!!

Thanks Car, first batch made, played with and now in fridge. Is it wrong that I enjoyed playing with it more then Bastian and he enjoyed playing with the soapy water we used to wash our hands after more :)
