RadioCAR is celebrating a long weekend here in Queensland - a day off to celebrate the Queens' jubilee - 60 years! So tonights boogie I decided (read: a good friend reminded me it was the Queens' jubilee) to revisit some classic British bands! here's my party music for the week!
You can't have a Queens' Jubilee party without British Rock band Queen. Get your Queens' celebrations started with a little Rhapsody, bohemian style!
And who doesn't think of the Beatles when they here British and Music in the same sentence? Too many favourites to choose from (I'm a bit of a Beatles fan)
No, no I don't think Ya Sexy Mr Stewart… but hey, I love the song!
And this is about when the party either gets started or the oldies go home… you choose! A little spice to mix up your night! I'm sorry I had to do it!
And lastly a band hubby discovered several years ago, perhaps not everyones cup of tea (spoken with a plum accent) but I think they are pretty darn fine!

That is so funny I almost added Bohemian Rhapsody tonight as well, but a cover version not the proper Queen version
